ALT Stazione del Gusto is a franchising project developed through the collaboration between the Niko Romito Academy and Enilive.
Created in 2018 by Niko Romito, an internationally renowned multi-starred Italian chef, it embodies an innovative culinary philosophy that blends delicious and high-quality food with the concept of dining on the go.
Thanks to the shared values of both organisations, which regard innovation as a key asset and are committed to putting people at the centre, ALT seeks to broaden the culinary offer for a wider audience, promoting a vision of quality, accessible and democratic food.
