OUR DINING PHILOSOPHY

ALT is a street dining concept with a cozy, informal atmosphere. Open from morning to night, it invites you to enjoy a good bite to eat and spend time together.
The menu offers a wide and varied selection: from bread to dessert, from chicken to focaccia – everything is freshly prepared using high-quality ingredients and innovative cooking techniques that combine tradition and modernity.

BREAKFAST

The classic Italian breakfast is enriched with special delicacies such as the “Bomba”: doughnut-like fried sourdough, empty or filled with whipped cream, chocolate, pistachio or apricot. Combine your favorite dishes with a classic café or cappuccino, or opt for an organic fruit nectar from the Laboratorio Niko Romito – many more delicacies await you!

LUNCH

Your lunch break will be an unforgettable moment of pleasure. Indulge in our wide range of dishes and enjoy exactly what you fancy. Our sophisticated menu combines high-quality ingredients with a successful combination of tradition and innovation – such as our classic meatballs in a spicy sauce, served with sourdough bread made from the best organic flour.

APERITIVO

At ALT, every moment is an invitation to share. For your aperitivo, indulge in your favourites or discover our curated Menu: a classic Spritz, a craft beer or a drink of your choice paired with our sourdough Focaccia, served with freshly fried potato chips and a selection of irresistible bites.

DINNER

Even a traditional dinner can be reinterpreted – like our roast chicken. It is first cooked at 68 °C in the steamer, then marinated and finally roasted until crispy. The result: deliciously crispy on the outside, wonderfully juicy on the inside.
You can enjoy this and many other dishes perfectly with one of our beers or a good glass of wine.

A concept that originated in 2018 in Castel di Sangro, from an idea by chef Niko Romito.
You can find the first ALT Stazione del Gusto at your Enilive service station in Ybbs/Bergland.
