Founded in 2018 by Niko Romito, an internationally recognised top Italian chef, it combines high-quality cuisine with the concept of food on the go.
Both partners share the vision of expanding the culinary offering for a wide audience through innovation and a focus on people. ALT stands for accessible, high-quality food and emphasises a democratic culture of enjoyment.
