APERITIVO
Every stop here is a moment of pleasure. Whether sweet or savory – you’ll find irresistible taste sensations here. Even simple dishes become iconic in our restaurant, and our toast is the best proof of this: prepared with sliced bread made from Solina and Saragolla grains, refined with cooked ham and Emmentaler AOP.
DINNER
Even a traditional dinner can be reinterpreted – like our roast chicken. It is first cooked at 68 °C in the steamer, then marinated and finally roasted until crispy. The result: deliciously crispy on the outside, wonderfully juicy on the inside.
